Tour & School Programs

BOOK   NOW for Spring 2018!

Steckle Heritage Farm offers educators the opportunity to enrich and expand their curriculum in a hands-on and experiential learning environment. We offer programs for Preschool through Grade 6 on a seasonal basis. We also can offer unique tours and programs for older students, and community organizations. Call and discover the exciting ways we can make Agriculture, Heritage and Respect for Land and Each Other come alive! School programs on site run in September through early November and April through the end of June. Morning and afternoon sessions are available. Be sure to call and schedule your program time well in advance as our spots fill up fast!

Farm Tours are Seasonally Themed: Spring (Bees, Blossoms and Babies) and Fall (Harvest on the Farm) plus we offer an Urban and Rural program for Grade 3’s in the Spring.

*NEW* Farm to Classroom program is GROWING Classrooms.  We bring a classroom “garden” to you to borrow for 1 month in February or March, then your class visits us in May or June.  A full circle learning opportunity.

To Book: 

 Email us at  with your grade, preferred dates and time, and your school name. Tours are offered in the morning and afternoon.  We do our best to accommodate your school start/end times. We book small groups with minimum charge of $50, to a maximum of 60 children per tour.

We are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Get in touch!
